Tanya Mullings is no stranger to the business. She started at the young age of 15 with the guidance of her late father, manager/producer/promoter Karl Mullings. She has worked with the best of the best in the business; veteran artist, the late great Alton Ellis voiced her on her very first single. Taught by the greats, the late Jackie Mittoo, John Holt, Ken Booth, Cynthia Schloss, Hopeton Lewis & Jay Douglas, all helped her hone her musical talent.

Throughout her career Tanya has been produced by Bobby Digital Dixon, Jack Scorpio, Danny Browne, Dalton Browne, Computer Paul Henton, Dubmatix, Morgan Heritage, Stephen McGregor, Fab 5, Bernie Pitters, Robert "Dubwise" Browne, Devonte, Bobby Treasure, Paul Green, Andrew Thomas, Dean Pond and Maurice Gregory, some of the top producers in the industry.

She performed on Reggae Sunsplash in Montego Bay Jamaica, Reggae Sumfest held at Chakka Cove in St. Anns Jamaica, Montreal International Reggae Festival in Canada, Calgary International Reggae Festival in Canada, Irie Jamboree Roy Wilkins Park Queens New York , Brixton Academy London England, Madison Square Gardens New York City, and Hard Rock Live in Orlando FL. Tanya has shared the stage with artist such as, Third World, Freddie Jackson, Dennis Brown, Beres Hammond, Alton Ellis, Freddie McGregor, Barrington Levy, Elephant Man, Collie Buddz, Mr Vegas, Super Cat, Junior Reid, The Skatalites, Buju Banton, Beenie Man, Tarrus Riley, Main Ingredient, Celia Cruz, Morgan Heritage, Wayne Wonder, Richie Stephens, Yellowman, Cindy Breakspeare, Byron Lee and the Dragonaires, Delroy Wilson, Leroy Sibbles, Ed Robinson, Ken Booth, John Holt, Sugar Minott, Maxi Priest, Frankie Paul, Nadine Sutherland, Chaka Demus & Pliers, Shaggy, Diana King and many more.

Tanya has won various industry awards including 2012 Karl Mullings Memorial Award, 2012 Top Single "Rescue Me", 2011 Top Veteran Singer, 2010 Top International Reggae Artist, 2009 International Reggae and World Music Award, 14 Canadian Reggae Music Awards, 7 Caribbean Crucible Awards, 2 Reggae Music Achievement Awards and for her last album 'Music is My Life' she was awarded Best Reggae Album, Producer of the Year, and Best Female Vocalist. She was nominated six times for the prestigious Juno Awards and was presented with the Citizens Award for the Arts by the City of Brampton in Ontario Canada.

On July 1st 2010 Tanya Launched her very own radio show The Tanya Mullings Show on Atlanta's No.1 Station www.DaFlavaRadio.com. The show airs every Thursday from 12pm to 3pm. Since the shows launch in 2010 6 stations worldwide have started streaming the show. It can also be heard on Vibes 105.3 FM Boston, VibesFM 106.1 Gambia, OneHarmonyRadio.com UK, E2onair.com NY, Flava 105.5FM Worcester Massachusetts, and Ukvibes.net Birmingham UK.
